Hi, how are you all? How’s your day going so far? I hope everything is good! A few days ago, my youngest son turned eight-years-old. Before his birthday, we’ve been asking him what he wants for his birthday. At first, he wants to go see Disney World. We told him we can’t afford it right now. Sometimes, we (parents) just need to be honest with our children. If we can’t do something, then we have to tell them. Aside from going to Disney, he only wanted to have a cake with candles on it. A very simple request from an eight-year-old child. Usually, little kids ask a lot of things, especially on their birthdays. I’m grateful both of my boys don’t ask for a lot. They only ask for 1 or 2 things every time.

Later on, we went to ChuckECheese and both of my boys had so much fun. And for little Phillip, it was the best place to have fun on his birthday. It wasn’t busy when we were there so both of them really had fun playing and running around without bumping into other kids. He and his big brother had a blast!
